"Comfy ride, happy with it"
Car was nice and clean, seats were super comfy too. I had plenty of room to stretch out a bit after my flight, which was exactly what I needed. Ride was smooth and easy. It did show up a few minutes late but not a huge deal

"Wheelchair access sorted, eventually"
Support did help me get the wheelchair access sorted quickly, which I appreciated. I did have to wait a little longer than expected, because apparently patience is part of the package, but overall they got it handled.

"Quick help when I was feeling stressed"
I had a small issue with my booking and was feeling a bit pressured because I needed it sorted quickly. Support got back to me really fast and fixed everything without making it a big deal. it was nice and easy.

"I left my bag in an..."
I left my bag in an Addison Lee after a late ride home, and I was so mentally drained that I didn’t even realise until the next morning. I filled out the lost property form on their website and then just had to wait, which was stressful because I kept thinking about everything I had in there.
It took a little while to hear back, but the driver had handed it in and the team sorted out a way for me to collect it. It wasn’t the quickest process, but they were helpful once they tracked it down. Mostly just relieved I got my stuff back

"Decent ride, unfair price"
The ride itself was fine, no real complaints there. But the price felt unfair for what it was, and the whole experience left me feeling more like a ticket number than an actual customer.

"I’ve used Addison Lee a handful..."
I’ve used Addison Lee a handful of times now, but my most recent trip is the one that really stuck with me. The route was spot on and there wasn’t any faffing around.

The driver didn’t start taking random side streets or strange shortcuts, which I really appreciated. Traffic wasn’t great, but I still got across town faster than I thought I would.
Based on that last ride especially, it’s an easy 5 stars from me. It just felt simple, efficient, and not dragged out at all

"Request was missed and it felt frustrating"
I booked the ride and left a note asking for help with extra luggage and a child seat, but the driver seemed like he had no idea about it when he arrived. There wasn’t a seat ready, so we had to figure things out on the spot. We managed in the end, but it felt a bit disorganized and stressful, especially since that was part of what I thought I was paying for.

"Reliable, but a bit pricey"
I’ve used Addison Lee a handful of times now for airport runs and work trips, it’s been straightforward. I really like that they show you the fare before you book, so there’s no awkward moment at the end wondering what the damage is. The price has always matched what I actually paid, even when there was traffic, so I figure they’re fair about that overall. Receipts are easy to find too, which is handy for work expenses. I’m giving 4 stars because it still feels a bit expensive compared to some other options, but at least you know what you’re paying upfront.

"Stressful airport pickup, not what I expected"
I booked Addison Lee for an airport transfer it turned into a bit of a mini-drama. The driver was around 25 minutes late, which feels like an eternity when you’re trying to get to the airport and your brain is already in full panic mode. There wasn’t any clear update either, so I had to keep chasing to find out what was going on. When the car finally arrived, it was perfectly fine, but for something as time-sensitive as an airport transfer, I expected a lot better. Not sure I’d risk using them again.

I’ve used this app for a while and want to keep liking it, but the pickup pin was off again. The driver went to the wrong spot, and I ended up walking around trying to find them. It’s frustrating because I’m loyal to the service, but stuff like this makes it harder to stick with it...

"Pretty easy corporate account to manage"
We use Addison Lee for our company travel, and the corporate account has been sorta easy to stay on top of. Adding new users, checking trips, and keeping track of invoices is all straightforward.
Our account manager usually gets back to us quickly whenever we need help or have a billing question. We haven’t had any major issues so far, and it’s made booking cars for staff a lot less of a hassle.

We paid extra for the meet and greet service, but the driver wasn’t there when we came out. I ended up having to call twice and we just stood around waiting, which was frustrating after traveling. The car itself was fine, but the whole point was to make things easier, and it just added stress. I really wish I’d read the reviews first before booking it.

It was a good ride overall. The driver was polite, showed up on time, and even helped me with my bag, which I appreciated. It got a little slow because of traffic, but that definitely wasn’t his fault.

"Child Seat Wasn’t Available Again"
I booked the ride really hoping there would be a child seat this time, especially because we were traveling with a tired kid and just wanted things to go smoothly. When the car arrived, the driver was friendly and polite, but there was no child seat available again. That changed the whole mood of the trip quickly. What should’ve been a simple ride turned into something stressful and frustrating, mostly because it felt like we couldn’t really relax or feel fully prepared
